The Fra' Mani Salumi Assortment showcases two of our most popular dry salami as well as our new line of fully-cooked sausages - a great way to try a variety of Fra' Mani salumi!
Each Assortment contains:
- One Salametto
- One Salametto Piccante
- One 12-oz package of fully cooked Classic Italian Sausage
- One 12-oz package of fully cooked Spicy Italian Sausage
- One 10-oz package of fully cooked Breakfast Sausage
Our coarse-ground, garlic-scented Salametto is seasoned simply with sea salt, spices, garlic and wine, with no added nitrites. Our Salametto Piccante is a Spanish-influenced dry chorizo, brick-red in color and seasoned with smoked pimenton de la Vera (Spanish paprika). Each dry salame piece is about 12 inches in length and 3/4 pound.
All three varieties of our fully-cooked sausage links are made using prime cuts of pork that are coarse-ground, seasoned, and stuffed into natural casings. Ideal for grilling, pan frying, or baking. Gluten-free, with no milk products or MSG. Fully-cooked sausages should be used within three days of opening or may be frozen up to four months.

The Salame Trio contains our popular small dry salami - two Salametti and one Salametto Piccante.

Our Pâté Sampler contains both of our new pork pates - one each of the Pâté Campagnola and Pork Liver Mousse in 8-ounce terrines.
Pâté Campagnola means country-style pâté and refers to its rustic, coarse-ground texture and simple seasoning. Made from fresh pork shoulder and liver, scented with garlic, fresh parsley and black pepper, and bound with egg and onions.
Our Pork Liver Mousse is a light and finely textured pâté made with all natural pork liver and pork jowls. Subtly seasoned with sweet spices, including nutmeg, cinnamon, coriander, and cloves, and enhanced with dry Madeira wine.
